I am mentally prepared to slave away tomorrow in the kitchen. Yes this can only mean that it is the time of the year when we do the last bits of Christmas baking.

The following Christmas treat is something what I was planning to do tonight. Not because I would be a great fan of dried fruits and almonds, but because it looks pretty and I was planning to give it away as a  Christmas present :)
